What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a form of "talking therapy" It brings together positive forward-thinking psychotherapy with the relaxing and natural practice of hypnosis. 

 Hypnosis is a trance-like state that each of us achieves many times per day. This is practiced in a heightened state by introducing guided relaxation.  This is then combined with suggestions that may assist clients in their everyday life. 

 Solution-focused therapy is very modern and uses the latest in neurological research in order to provide structured and practical strategies to help people make the positive changes that they wish to introduce in their lives. 

One of the most important aspects of solution focused hypnotherapy is that the therapist looks to what the client wishes to achieve rather than discussing the problem or what encouraged them to seek out help.
